Models and Options
This is the SJ65 model. For smaller diameter rods, the SJ45 model (screw Φ45mm, output 5-18kg/h) is available. Customization options include different screw designs and downstream equipment.
Materials and Structure
The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA nitrided alloy steel for high wear resistance. The extrusion mould uses wear-resistant alloy die steel, and the frame is made of Q235 carbon steel.
